Returns & Exchange

At Melowe, we strive to offer high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible. The terms below outline your rights and obligations when shopping with Melowe (EYP Group AB, 556677-3916).

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We offer a 30-day open purchase/return period, and you do not need to provide a specific reason for returning an item. To exercise your right of withdrawal or return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging and any accessories.

You are of course welcome to try the product. However, when we receive a return, it must be in essentially unchanged condition so that it can be resold to another customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are returned in a condition that significantly differs from when they were received.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (30) days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that any return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund after assessing the problem.

Return Shipping

If you return a product in accordance with our return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For packages that are not collected from the pickup point, we reserve the right to charge both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. This fee may vary depending on the item.
