Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please use the return label included with your order or contact us for further instructions.

At Melowe, we strive to offer high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible. The terms below outline your rights and obligations when shopping with Melowe (EYP Group Sweden AB, 556677-3916).

Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal, and you do not need to provide a specific reason for returning an item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging and any accessories.

You are of course entitled to try the product, but when we receive a return, it must be in essentially unchanged condition so that it can be resold to another customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are returned in a condition significantly different from when they were received.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that any return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund after assessing the situation.

Return Shipping

If you return a product in accordance with our return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return fee depends on the delivery country.

For packages that are not collected from the pickup point, we reserve the right to charge you for both the original shipping and return shipping costs. This fee may vary depending on the item.

When returning an item, a fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
